“I have a water heater that was not installed with the appropriate valves for maintence and it also needed a heating element change. I called and talked to Cory and he was great to talk to and get information from. I had two other companies come out and I was being triple charged for service and I provided the heating element and valve kit. This company was nothing but professional and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. I am a big DIY person so if I can't do something, I want to have trust and confidence in the person and company that's performing the work. I cannot say enough good things, Joe came out was so pleasant and easy to talk too and got the job done seamlessly. My only regret is I haven't used them sooner. Will recommend anyone in need of plumbing services or questions to them. Truly the best, thank you all for everything!”

“I discovered a leak outside next to my walkway around noon today. I took a chance and called Four Townes Plumbing .
They had a plumber here within an hour and a half. He called to let me know when he would arrive and was right in time. The plumber was professional and courteous. Price was reasonable. “My old kitchen faucet was leaking. When I called Four Towns Plumbing, I got an immediate response. (Days later, I'm still waiting for the first company I called to return my call). I spoke with Sarah who said I could send a photo of my old faucet and they would tell me what type I needed to buy. She offered to send someone the same day, but I needed a day to buy a new faucet, so they came the next morning. Since I work from home and we are a medically fragile household, I asked that they call before arriving and wear a mask. Jackson called to let me know he'd be here in about 10 minutes and arrived with a mask. Thank you!! He had the new faucet installed quickly. He had even scrubbed off the marks left behind by the old faucet! And then he offered to take the old parts out to my trash bin. If I didn't have a mask on, he would've seen my jaw drop. Jackson, if you do floors too, I might never let you leave. Service that amazed me at every step and then I got the bill...and was again pleasantly surprised that it didn't break the bank! Four Towns Plumbing, you are my forever plumbing company.

Since I had no idea who to call who would be reputable, I asked my daughter in law whose friend suggested I call Four Towns Plumbing. We called and plumber (Ruben) came came over promptly. He assessed the problem, explained to it me and my husband, gave us a reasonable affordable price and did a perfect job.Ruben was neat, very professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
